Trina is such a great agent. We were thinking about downsizing and asked her for help. She really took the time to hear us and what we were trying to accomplish. You can tell that she wants to help her clients - it's not just a paycheck to her. She loves what she does and its obvious by the time and effort she takes with each person she works with.

I have used Trina's services twice to buy a home and each time, she managed to find me the perfect place. She is great at listening to what I was looking for and helping me find places to match my criteria. Also, she took all the time in the world to show me various places, as many as I wanted to see. She was also really helpful in recommending a lending company and a Contractor, both of whom turned out to be great.  I highly recommend her if you are looking in this region.

We have worked with Trina in 3 real estate transactions and she has been very effective. She knows the market, she knows how to time listings and how to prepare your home to put it on the market. She is knowledgeable about where to spend money - she tells us what is worth fixing up/updating/highlighting...and she tells us what to not spend money on when she thinks it is not financially. She has helped us identify what would be lucrative to improve in our home for sale. She also did a great job with staging our home and preparing it for photographs. Our flyers were beautiful our homes sold quickly and she was downright realistic and willing to tell us when she thought we should or shouldn't do something. In summary she is professional, educated and talented.

Trina Wagner is a long time family agent. She sold my parents’ house for them. She helped my daughter buy her first home. It was a no brainer that she would be the one to help me with the purchase of my new home. She is honest and trustworthy. Trina goes out of her way to make sure that every detail is covered. She is more knowledgeable than the other agents I 've spoken to over the years. She was as helpful to the selling party as she was to me and that helped the process move more smoothly since the property I was purchasing was an Estate and a For Sale by owner. Trina Wagner has integrity and a world class work ethic and that's really all you should need to know to choose her as your next agent.

Trina was like a second mother to us as my wife and I (just married a year ago) bought our first home this summer (2015). Trina was an educator and a watch dog for us, not to mention a good negotiator. She was also warm, sweet, and super attentive every step of the way. We really couldn't have dreamed for a better experience as far as our Realtor went. What's more... we had an incredibly difficult purchasing experience with the seller. I won't go into that gory details, but they were incredibly difficult people to work with and they delayed the process quite a bit. Trina was vigilant and helped us through the entire ordeal. She really went the extra mile with us, and when we said goodbye at the end even though we were overjoyed to be in our new home we were truly sad to say goodbye. She was like family for us, and that's about the highest praise we could give to working with someone through a process that was brand new to us.

Oh don't worry, we pass your name around plenty! We will definitely work with you if/when we sell the condo. Sorry, you'll never sell our house because we're never moving!!! Not in a million years could we ever thank you enough for stepping into our lives and caring us through so many hurdles to find our dream home and so quickly sell our old.

There is NO other agents in the galaxy who could (or would) have done what you did, stuck with us for almost 2 yrs. (and 200 houses!), fight our battles, solve our very complex issues - and even help us move, clean, stage our home!!! Thank God you love us and we love you too!
